Hello, and welcome to my website!

I am Leon, a chef with 20 years of professional experience and a huge passion for food and hospitality! It's so big, that it has taken me around the world working at some of the best and worst places (I did not last long on these!) you could imagine, preparing me to deal with all kinds of situations, kitchen sizes, picky guests, small and big numbers, short term or long term assignments... You name it!

No matter where I find myself, one thing I assure is the BEST LOCAL ingredients, ACCURATE cooking techniques, EXQUISITE presentation, and a ton of LOVE on every plate- and last, but not at all least, so much FLAVOUR your grandma would hug me!
